  Rick Gelmetti has been President and broker of record for International Realty Group specializing in office and flex space leasing and sales of buildings in Central New Jersey. His area of geographic coverage includes the counties of New Jersey with emphasis on Somerset, Morris, Essex, Union and Middlesex County. Rick formed International Realty Group in 1997 after many years in the real estate business with Helmsley-Spear and Weichert Commercial and professional career in the engineering business in New Jersey. His formal education includes a Masters degree in finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Connecticut. He holds memberships in the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), and previously with the National Association of Industrial and Office properties (NAIOP) and the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE). Rick's business career spans twenty five years with the last twenty years as a top producer in the commercial real estate brokerage profession. His list of clients include: AT&T, Core States Bank, Extended Stay America, Fleet Bank, First Industrial, Grand Metropolitan, Liberty Mutual, Marriott, Starbucks Coffee Company, Sodexho Marriott, U.S. Lines. Recent sale transactions include Penn Plaza in Newark, N.J., Franklin Square in Somerset, N.J., and several land transactions with Hotel chains. He holds a membership in the Business Forum, the Somerset Business Partnership Executive Exchange Incorporated (EEI).

Bernard Epps, Jr.
VICE PRESIDENT / SALES ASSOCIATE, International Realty Group II, LLC
 
  Bernard Epps, Jr. joined International Realty Group II, LLC as a Sales Associate in 2003, where he is responsible for commercial real estate sales, including office, industrial and retail properties. He has brought various experiences ranging from tenant relationships to ownership relations stemming from prior work experiences at Verizon Wireless, AOE Ricoh, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T.

His commitment to networking and building relationships guided him to his passion, commercial real estate. Bernard anticipates owners and tenants business needs, identifies an alternative course of action, and executes in a timely manner, which has enabled him to close transactions with Systems Communication Services, Mar West Inc., All Freight Transportation, Purolator, Techno Comp and American Girl.

His efforts, knowledge and ability have been rewarded, as he now holds the title of Vice President. Currently pursuing a CCIM designation, Bernard looks forward to a very successful career with International Realty Group and in commercial real estate.

Stuart Blumenfield
SALES ASSOCIATE, International Realty Group II, LLC
 
  Stuart Blumenfield joined International Realty Group as a Sales Associate in 2007. Prior to joining IRG he was instrumental in leasing property for Planet Fitness and Subway.

Stuart holds a BA in Economics from Hunter College and an MBA in Management from Long Island University. Upon graduation from college, Stuart began his career at Abraham & Strauss Department Store and completed their Management Training Program. After leaving A & S, Stuart joined with members of the family in a partnership that involved the import and export of collector items, including handmade dolls. He later branched out on his own, purchasing a franchise print shop.

Throughout his career, Stuart has proven to be successful in both corporate and consumer environments. His business background and experience is a real plus. Being a business owner himself, he has the ability to better understand what another business owner is looking for. He listens to his clients and is dedicated to finding them the perfect location.

Domenick DiIorio

  Domenick DiIorio joined International Realty Group II, LLC as a Sales Associate in 2005. He comes to us with over 25 years of experience in building, construction and real estate development. He has acted as Partner and Chief Operating Officer for DiIorio and DiIorio Contractors and Davcon Associates, Inc., New Jersey based site improvement and paving contractors. He has served as Principal in several real estate development and property holding companies and Managing Partner for development and construction of both commercial office space and residential properties.

Domenick attended Villanova University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry in 1977. He was born and raised in Westfield, New Jersey and currently resides in Watchung, New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Lauren Gelmetti

  Lauren Gelmetti joined International Realty Group this past year as a Sales Associate. Lauren’s specialty focuses on Industrial Brownfields redeveloped as retail power centers. Her experience in ground, water soluble chemical contaminants and analytical chemistry makes her the perfect candidate for the job.

Lauren is in the process of continuing her research in chemical hydro-carbon make-ups. She is continuing her formal education at Tufts University working towards her BS in Chemistry, Organic and Inorganic and is looking forward to a very successful career.
 
E. Donald Griffin

  Don Griffin joined International Realty Group II, LLC after a long career as an executive in Management, Marketing, Sales and Financial Services. Don was with Merck and Company, Inc., started two marketing consulting companies, spent several years as a Financial Consultant with a major brokerage firm and also found time as a teacher.

Don has traveled extensively worldwide and brings a broad based knowledge and skill set to International Realty Group II, LLC. He has been involved in real estate transactions in various parts of the world and will utilize these talents for the benefit of our clients.

Glenn Jaffe

  Glenn Jaffe joined International Realty Group as a former executive specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail space throughout Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Glenn has graduated from the New York University School of Continuing Education with a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment. Glenn is also an active Real Estate Investor.

Prior to joining IRG, Glenn was a Strategic Planner in the Corporate Real Estate Group at JP Morgan Chase Bank working with clients to efficiently utilize his 25 years of real estate experience. Glenn plans to assist small and medium size businesses to maximize their real estate portfolio.

Joseph Spataro
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, International Realty Group II, LLC
 
  Joe Spataro is a registered architect and licensed planner who successfully expanded his architectural practice to include complete project management services. This role would be equivalent to the role of the owner’s representative in a public project; a developer in a private sector real estate related project or general contractor in a design-build project. Joe, through his affiliated companies, JMSA Project Management and SL Construction, has been providing these services for his clients since 1976.

He has successfully performed these services for private clients, public bodies, financial institutions, and large business corporations. He prides himself on his single source responsibility approach. His philosophy is, when a client retains this project team, one person stands responsible to the client for the success or failure of the work effort, simplifying the client’s life immeasurably.

His overview of the feasibility study, the project financial analysis, the program development and project design, financing, public approvals, bidding and award of contracts, the construction, marketing effort, management set-up and building occupancy and continuation policies insure the client an experienced team leader is present on their behalf every step of the way.
